Privacy Policy.
Your profile stays on this device.
Your skin profile and saved products are kept in this browser. There is no account or cross-device sync. We do not request your location, exact birth date, gender or ethnicity.
When you request a match, we process your skin type, goals, sensitivity, category, fragrance preference and budget to produce that response. They are not saved as a personal profile on the server. Your optional age range stays on your device and does not change the ranking.
Optional usage counts.
Usage measurement is off unless you choose to allow it. We store daily totals for visits, page views, match starts, question steps, completed matches, empty results, product views, retailer clicks, saves, saved-list views, successful contact submissions and errors.
These counts do not include your profile answers, search text, product IDs, message contents, email, persistent visitor ID or individual browsing history. A last-visit date stays in your browser to indicate a returning visit. Counts cannot identify a person, prove a purchase or measure a person's 7-day or 30-day retention. No third-party analytics script is installed.
Help & feedback.
When you send a message, we store its topic, subject, text, optional reply email and screenshot, related product, website version, device platform and submission time. Your skin profile is not attached. We use Resend to email your message, optional reply address and screenshot to our support team. These are also processed by our email provider for review and follow-up. Reply details are used only for follow-up. Messages are retained for review and follow-up; automatic deletion is not currently configured.
Keep your reference number. To request access, correction or deletion of a message, use Contact us and include that number. Avoid unnecessary personal details in messages and screenshots.
Hosting and external retailers.
Our hosting and storage providers process requests and stored messages to run this service. Ordinary network request logs may include an IP address. We use a short-lived IP-derived rate-limit value to reduce spam; it is separate from daily usage totals and expired values are removed on later submissions. We do not sell individual profiles.
Opening a retailer takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. Review that site's policy before providing personal or payment details.
Delete device data.
This clears your local profile, saved products and usage preferences. It does not delete messages already sent; request those separately with their reference numbers.
