Demand currently uses retailer bestseller collections: 25 points per retailer, capped at 100, with at least two sources required. Evidence expires after 30 days. Collection inclusion is not measured sales or a national popularity rank.

Evidence completeness gives 25 points each for ingredients, skin-type tags, concern tags and a product source. Coverage uses 100 / (1 + eligible category count / 10). Availability gives 100 points when an in-stock CAD offer was checked within 24 hours.

Home selection uses these scores to choose one product per brand first, then adds category diversity if spaces remain. The home shelf contains up to four products. Missing or expired evidence excludes a product from the home shelf. We show fewer products rather than fill gaps. Evidence completeness is not a product-quality or clinical-effectiveness score. No paid placement.

Matches use source-attributed retailer tags, not a clinical assessment or allergy screen. Product, ingredient and profile evidence must have been checked within 30 days. Age does not change the ranking. All eligible candidates in the current catalog have their prices checked; only an in-stock, same-size CAD offer within your budget qualifies. Among qualifying products, category and brand diversity break ties. No clinical fit score is assigned. With no skin preferences, results are exploration options, not personal recommendations.

We check CAD prices on request and reuse successful results for up to 60 seconds. Failed checks keep their original date. Invalid or future dates are not treated as verified.

Products need identity, ingredient and matching evidence. Incomplete records stay under review. Broader demand assessment is still in progress.

Retailers are checked separately for trust, Canadian availability, exact listings and data quality. Authorization for one brand does not cover every product. Tier 2 means documented limitations remain, not that a store is unsafe.

Product evidence expires after 30 days and requires a new source review. Price checks run on request. Automatic observations do not approve new products.
